Liability and Insurance

Damage to Property: While we take the utmost care in delivering our services, NLS Inc. is not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues caused by factors beyond our control.
Insurance Coverage: NLS Inc. maintains comprehensive insurance coverage to protect against any potential liabilities arising from our services.

Client Responsibilities

Access to Property: The client is responsible for providing access to the property to enable NLS Inc. to perform the agreed-upon services.
Site Preparation: The client must ensure that areas to be serviced are clear of obstructions (e.g., vehicles or personal items).

Termination of Services
Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. NLS Inc. reserves the right to terminate services in cases of non-payment or breach of contract.

Intellectual Property
All content, including text, images, and logos on the NLS Inc. website, are the property of NLS Inc. and may not be used without written consent.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Idaho, and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with these laws.
